Production time
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 3–7 working days from order confirmation (complex or large commissions may take longer — we will tell you at order time).
Dispatch & tracking
Orders ship via reputed courier partners. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery timelines

- International: typically 7–21 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.
