It is an original hand-painted oil on stretched canvas, made to order in our collective. The hats, stripes, and floral shirt are knifed on in thick geometric blocks, so the ridged surface and cream ground are genuine paint rather than a print.
The warm browns and cream feel companionable, so it works in a hallway, a bedroom, or above a console. It pairs naturally with wood, linen, and other earth-toned furnishings, and reads clearly from across a room.
