It is an original hand-painted oil on stretched canvas, made to order in our collective. The dark hat and oxblood face are worked in heavy knife strokes, so the ridged surface and bright ground are genuine paint, not a print.
The charcoal, oxblood, and deep olive read moody and low-lit, so it suits a study, a snug, or a dim corner that wants a darker note. It pairs well with deep greens, leather, and aged wood.
