It is an original hand-painted oil on stretched canvas, made to order in our collective. The chocolate hat and striped shirt are knifed on in thick blocks, so the ridged surface and ivory ground are genuine paint with their own variations.
The warm browns and tan feel lived-in, so it works in a study, a hallway, or a reading corner. It sits easily with vintage and mid-century furniture, worn wood, and other earth-toned pieces.
