It is an original hand-painted oil on stretched canvas, made to order by a painter in our collective. The surface is built up with a palette knife, so the thick ridges and small variations in edge and texture are part of each piece.
The wide 16:9 format and muted olive palette suit a study or den, and the burnt-sienna saddles keep it warm. It sits well above a sofa or a long console, and the heavy texture reads clearly across a large room.
