It is an original hand-painted oil on stretched canvas, made to order in our collective. The teal hats are laid on with a palette knife, so the ridges and the thin ochre ground are genuine paint, not a reproduction.
The teal-and-ochre pairing warms a dining corner or a study and holds its own in a hallway. It sits comfortably beside walnut or brass and gives a calmer room a deep point of colour to settle on.
